CORE Law wins litigation for infringement of intellectual property rights and personal rights

CORE Law has won a court dispute with our client's business partner, in a case for infringement of intellectual property rights and personal rights. The case concerned a new publishing project that our client had undertaken in collaboration with an established author.

Along the way, however, the author changed his mind about the terms of the collaboration, requested to be excluded from the project and sued the publishing house, indicating that he had suffered damage and that his personal rights had been infringed. In the course of the court case, we managed to convince the court that our client was the aggrieved party in the case (final ruling).
