We supported an online business client in meeting the requirements of the European Accessibility Act and its national implementation. These new regulations require digital service providers to design user interfaces that are accessible to people with disabilities – ensuring equal access to online shopping and services.
Our role was to align legal compliance with usability, working closely with UX designers and web developers in a truly interdisciplinary effort.
