We carried out a comprehensive audit of marketing consents for a B2C client, reviewing the legal and operational aspects of how consents are collected, recorded, and managed. The project began with an on-site workshop focused on current practices, day-to-day challenges faced by staff, and how consents are handled by customer service – including assigning, withdrawing, and managing objections to marketing communication.

We then reviewed all supporting materials, including online consent forms, landing pages, paper documentation, and procedures for obtaining consent over the phone. The outcome was a detailed report with an assessment of the current setup and actionable recommendations for compliance and process optimization.
