We delivered a legal opinion for a marketing agency assessing the compliance of a planned sales competition for bank employees with the guidelines of the European Banking Authority (EBA). The goal was to ensure the initiative wouldn’t contradict the principles of responsible product promotion in the financial sector.
Our analysis focused on EBA recommendations and addressed key compliance areas – such as keeping reward values proportionate to employee salaries and avoiding excessive sales pressure. The opinion was well received by the bank, paving the way for the next stage of the project.
