We conducted a comprehensive review of internal employment policies for a client – covering work regulations, compensation, travel policies, and department-specific bonus schemes.

We updated the documents to reflect both current HR best practices and upcoming legal changes, including new EU regulations on pay transparency and employee information rights. In parallel, we designed a unified document template to be applied across all relevant policies – ensuring consistency in structure, terminology, and legal alignment.

The result is a cohesive, modern HR documentation system, tailored to the client’s organizational scale and fully compliant with the evolving legal landscape.
