We developed a set of updated internal guidelines for a client to help document data protection incidents in line with the latest recommendations issued by the Polish Data Protection Authority in March 2025.
The deliverables included a structured framework for recording incidents – covering classification, description, and reporting – along with standardized forms and internal procedures. Our solution ensures that the client’s data breach documentation practices are fully aligned with regulatory expectations, enabling effective legal risk management and improving organizational readiness.
