We assisted a Polish marketing agency in organizing an employee contest for a financial institution located in another EU country. Although the contest organizer was based in Poland, running the event abroad required compliance with local regulations and effective collaboration with a legal partner in the target country. One of the main challenges was adapting the contest mechanics to meet the legal requirements in the client’s country and coordinating legal efforts to ensure full regulatory alignment.

An additional complexity arose from the client’s strict formal requirements, as their financial-sector team insisted that all agreements be documented in writing, despite the legal validity of electronic forms. We successfully assisted our client by negotiating with the bank’s legal team, ultimately securing approval for electronic agreements, which streamlined communication and enabled efficient project execution. With our comprehensive legal support, the contest was conducted in full compliance with local laws, allowing the agency to focus on the campaign’s successful rollout.
