We were tasked with designing and implementing a comprehensive ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) to transform employees into shareholders. The challenge lay in overcoming initial resistance from existing shareholders.
Through a series of consultations and negotiations, we clarified the benefits this solution would bring to both employees and shareholders. In addition, we facilitated coordination with the supervisory board to ensure the smooth implementation of the program and streamline the company’s decision-making processes. Ultimately, this project resulted in a consensus that boosted employee motivation while protecting the interests of all shareholders.
