We drafted an implementation agreement for a Polish marketing agency engaged to launch a loyalty program for a foreign client. Our objective was to create a contract that not only protected the agency’s interests, but also fostered effective cooperation and smooth project delivery.

The agreement was designed to be clear, practical, and business-oriented, avoiding legal overengineering while addressing key legal risks. One of the crucial points of negotiation was the applicable law: we successfully persuaded the foreign client to accept Polish law as the governing framework, a rare outcome in cross-border B2B service contracts.

Thanks to our philosophy – that legal documents should accelerate, not obstruct, progress – the agreement was accepted with minimal objections.
