We provided comprehensive legal support to a marketing client engaged by a building materials producer to implement a new loyalty program, initially for the Polish market. Following a detailed legal audit of the existing program, we recommended significant optimizations and simplifications, covering tax compliance and data protection. The program’s successful implementation in Poland convinced the client to extend a similar loyalty mechanism to other EU countries.
Our role included preparing a full suite of legal documents to facilitate program rollout in these new markets.
