We assisted a client in creating a comprehensive procedure for handling requests under GDPR regulations. The project required particular attention as customer service was conducted both internally and via an external call center.

Our objective was to ensure procedural consistency and adapt processes to the specifics of multi-channel service. We developed detailed guidelines enabling efficient and legally compliant handling of customer requests, thereby minimizing the risk of errors and breaches.
