New data protection training for client's service employees

What was the problem?

The client has a network of customer service outlets, and his activity is necessarily related to the processing of customers' personal data. In the past, the client has faced a problem of violations several times, which occurred as a result of negligence on the part of the staff (e.g. leaving a document with customer data in the wrong place in the facility, accidentally issuing documents to one client regarding another client).

How did we help the client?

Together with the client, we have carried out an analysis of the risk associated with the daily work of the customer service facility and the tasks carried out by the staff. We have identified key behaviors that may generate risk of breaches. We have developed the content for a new e-learning training for staff, which is periodically implemented in the client's organization.

What did the client gain?

Thanks to our support, the client can significantly minimize the risk of further violations and improve the competence of staff in the field of personal data protection. Violations usually occur as a result of errors of individual persons who do not properly comply with the applicable procedures.
