Our actions included:
- designing the lottery mechanism - so that it could be approved by the tax administration,
- drafting the lottery regulation and conducting proceedings to obtain tax administration approval,
- preparation and maintenance of the lottery documentation and submission of the necessary reports to the tax administration,
- providing legal and tax advice at every stage of the lottery, including the design of promotional materials (key visual, website, promotional packaging, etc.),
- ensuring the compliance of the lottery with personal data protection regulations, in particular, drafting a document describing the process of data processing in connection with participation in the lottery and use of the lottery website.
