This is the 3rd edition of the nationwide lottery, which was comprehensively conducted by CORE Law.
Our activities included:

designing the lottery mechanism – so that it could be approved by the tax administration,
-
preparation of the lottery rules and regulations and conducting the procedure for obtaining tax administration approval,
-
preparation and maintenance of the lottery documentation and submission of the necessary reports to the tax administration,
-
providing legal and tax advice at every stage of the lottery, including on the design of promotional materials (key visual, website, promotional packaging, etc.),

ensuring that the lottery complies with data protection regulations, including, in particular, drafting a document describing the process of data processing in connection with participation in the lottery and use of the lottery website,
-
ensuring supervision of the lottery by an authorised person, including supervision of the handling of any complaints.
